Welder qualification, WPS preparation, PQR, troubleshooting of weld repair issues Represents WIL in various forums for the field of welding Develops new procedure / techniques to : a) Improve quality b) Increase productivity c) Meet project / Product specifications Interacts with customer / TPI for WPS/ PQR/ Consumable qualifications / welder qualifications Handle Enquiries for new projects wrt. Welding consumable estimation. Carry out Shop Repair Analysis, Problem Solving in shop, Welding Consumable Planning, Welding consumable batch qualification, Repair procedures, Heat treatment cycle Preparation Preparation of Welding Consumable Specification.
