Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to support our Quality Assurance and Quality Control operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in fabrication and inspection of filtration systems, pressure vessels, and related process equipment. The role involves hands-on inspection, quality documentation, coordination with third-party inspection agencies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-process and final inspections of pressure vessels, filters, strainers, and associated fabrication work. Review and interpret engineering drawings, WPS/PQR, and material specifications for compliance. Prepare and maintain quality documentation , including inspection reports, test certificates, traceability records, and material test reports (MTRs). Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies (TPI) and clients during stage and final inspections. Support NDT activities including radiography, dye penetrant testing, ultrasonic testing, etc. Verify compliance with ASME, PED, IBR, and other applicable standards and codes. Participate in internal audits and assist in preparing for customer audits and QA documentation. Maintain calibration records and ensure availability of required inspection instruments.
