We are looking for a skilled and experienced WordPress Admin/Architect to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate should have a strong expertise in WP Engine, performance optimization, and server configuration. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security measures for WordPress websites, configuring and optimizing WP Engine hosting environments, and identifying performance bottlenecks. Additionally, you will work closely with international clients (US/UK) and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions. As a WordPress Admin/Architect, your key responsibilities will include using caching plugins and optimization tools for speed enhancement, managing and optimizing Cloudflare settings, monitoring site performance metrics, and setting up networking configurations in client environments. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, and strong hands-on knowledge of WP Engine tools, CDN, staging, and security features. The ideal candidate should have the ability to set up and install WordPress on Linux servers, a solid understanding of networking concepts, and experience with international client delivery. Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, integrity, and a team-first attitude are key skills and competencies required for this role.
