This is a full-time role for a Product Specialist at WOSON based out of New Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Dubai, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta with flexibility for remote work. As a Product Specialist, your responsibilities will include analyzing product performance, delivering top-notch customer service, and supporting sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate the value proposition and technical details of products effectively. - Develop tailored presentations and sales arguments to enhance customer satisfaction. - Provide technical sales support within your designated geographical area. - Assist in the launch of new products and introduce existing products to customers. - Demonstrate problem-solving skills and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines. - Participate in marketing events and exhibitions to represent the brand.
