Roles and Responsibilities Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory control. Analyze KPIs such as fill rates, lead times, and inventory turnover ratios to inform decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in supply chain operations and drive process changes. Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies using tools like APO, CPIM, CPMM, OTB, WOS. Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and optimize storage capacity to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. Desired Candidate Profile 4-9 years of experience in Inventory Management or a related field (e.g., Supply Chain Operations). Strong understanding of People Management Skills including leadership development programs (PMP) or equivalent certifications. Excellent Communication Skills with ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
