We Are Hiring! We are hiring Tax Associates for our US Tax Voice Process. This role requires direct communication with clients to support US tax-related queries and processes. Candidates must have excellent spoken English and a client-focused approach. Who Can Apply? Graduates from any stream (preference will be given to Commerce graduates, BBAs, and MBAs) Freshers or candidates with voice process experience up to 1 year Female candidates preferred Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls Communicate clearly and confidently with clients Use a client-centric approach to explain services and request necessary documents for tax preparation Maintain records of interactions and follow up as required Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery Candidate Requirements: Excellent spoken English (mandatory) Good listening and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, data entry) Ability to learn internal CRM and software Professional, customer-service mindset Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US timings Proactive, punctual, and well-organized Employment Terms: Probation Period: 3 months Full salary will be paid during probation. You will be entitled to leaves as per policy of the company after successful completion of probation and confirmation of employment.
