We ship orders to more than 950 cities within India and stock more than 5000 products at our warehouse. This role would be to support the operations & fulfillment team.Main Responsibilities Include:Managing incoming Chat support and customer service inquiriesHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionIdentifying and assessing customer's needs to achieve satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication on chatResolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/toolsHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documentsFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.Requirements:Experience of 0 to 5 YearsAbility to stay calm when customers are stressed or upsetExcellent communication skillsComfortable using computersExperience working with customer support.Location: Satellite, AhmedabadWMart Infocom Pvt.
