Job description Managing incoming Chat support and customer service inquiries Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Identifying and assessing customer's needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication on chat Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Requirements: Experience of 0 to 5 Years Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset Excellent communication skills Comfortable using computers Experience working with customer support.
