Job Title: Software Development Engineer (Level 3) Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India Job Type: Full-time | Product-Based Startup Role Overview We are looking for a Software Development Engineer (Level 3) who is passionate about technology, product innovation, and leading engineering teams. This is a critical engineering role where you’ll design and build robust systems using Dotnet Core, apply system design principles, and work on problems that matter. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Dotnet Core and related technologies. Work extensively with Dotnet MVC using Razor Views for building dynamic web interfaces. Lead and mentor a small team of engineers, guiding them technically and professionally. Own end-to-end system architecture, implementation, and performance tuning. Apply best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment processes. Design and develop API-based integrations with external systems and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UI/UX, and QA to deliver high-impact features. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvements. Must-Have Qualifications 5+ years of experience in backend development with at least 2+ years in Dotnet Core. Strong grasp of OOP principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. Experience with system design, API development, and RESTful architecture. Proficiency with Dotnet MVC and Razor View Engine. Experience in API integrations and third-party service consumption. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to lead a team with a hands-on approach and technical mentorship. Passion for startups, building products, and working in a dynamic environment. Good to Have Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Familiarity with front-end technologies like Angular or React. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerization. Desired Candidate Profile- • B.Tech / B.E. from reputed Engineering College / University • Must have 60% & above scores in entire academics. • 10-12 Years of experience in the same domain with • Strong on people practices / team building • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Result Oriented and experienced in time bound delivery. • Sound knowledge in Microservice Architecture • Sound knowledge in Design Principles • Sound knowledge in implementing Pub/Sub model in an Evented architecture pattern. • Sound knowledge in systems integrations through standard authentication protocol like OIDC, OAuth2, and SAML2.0 • Hands-on experience in building performant and distributed applications • Strong knowledge in Event/Messaging based system, and Cryptography • Cloud and DevOps - help architect and execute the deployment and runtime of our applications.
