Key Responsibilities: End-to-end management of manpower tenders including documentation, preparation, submission, and follow-up. Understanding and interpreting tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and compliance guidelines. Preparing technical and financial bids in coordination with the management team. Maintaining and updating all tender-related records and documents. Monitoring tender notifications on GeM Portal, MP Tender Portal, and other procurement websites. Coordinating with concerned departments for collection of required documents and information. Preparing draft letters, clarifications, and correspondences related to tenders. Handling queries and communication with tendering authorities whenever required. Ensuring timely submission of bids before deadlines. Supporting the management in negotiation and contract finalization stages. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of GeM portal, MP Tendering system, and other government e-procurement portals . Good command over both Hindi and English languages (reading, writing, and communication). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills. Qualification & Experience: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory). Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in handling manpower tenders. Candidates with prior experience in security, housekeeping, payroll, or manpower outsourcing industry will be preferred.
