Key Responsibilities Handle inquiries from calls, WhatsApp, and social media leads. Explain travel packages clearly and confidently to potential customers. Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings. Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings. Coordinate basic details with the operations team for trip confirmations. Requirements Basic English communication and sales knowledge. Confidence in talking to customers over the phone and WhatsApp. Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
