The Sports Coach will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering a range of sports activities and programs. The role involves developing training plans, coaching athletes, providing feedback, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants. Additionally, the Sports Coach will work to inspire and motivate athletes, foster teamwork, and promote the importance of physical fitness and sportsmanship. Qualifications Expertise in coaching various sports and physical activities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop training plans and set performance goals Strong leadership and motivational skills Certification in coaching or related field is preferred First aid and CPR certification is a plus Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field Experience in working with athletes of various ages and skill levels
