Your role at Capgemini Invent will involve designing and delivering projects focused on organizational structuring/restructuring and transformation, creating Governance Models/Target Operating Models for clients, designing Digital Culture Assessments and promoting culture development, and delivering projects in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) as well as other people sustainability initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading various organizational development projects such as Competency Framework Design and Career Architecture Design. As part of your profile, you will lead and execute projects independently, utilizing relevant project management processes including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. You will diagnose the need for change, strategize effectively, and communicate the change rationale clearly to all stakeholders involved. Furthermore, you will design and conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions for the stakeholders to facilitate effective implementation.
