**Job Description** As a Decathlon team member, your role is to deliver a WOW customer experience and create a WOW store experience by engaging with customers, promoting sports, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming store layout. Your responsibilities include: - Delivering a WOW Customer Experience: - Greet, smile, and engage with customers to understand their needs. - Interact and engage with customers, promoting sports through sports communities. - Encourage customers to participate in Decathlon events or local sports activities. - Propose the right products & services based on customer needs. - Use all channels (in-store, online, App) to satisfy customer needs. - Ensure a smooth checkout experience and suggest complementary products. - Ensure product availability through reliable inventory management. - Update signages for customer awareness. - Create a WOW Store Experience: - Ensure the store layout is welcoming, seductive, and engaging. - Allow customers to test all solutions. - Highlight the best omnichannel offer for customers. - Ensure all necessary services for sports are available. - Highlight the Circular offer and relevant services. **Your Responsibilities** - Repair and maintain sporting goods like Cycling, Skates, Scooters & Fitness equipment. - Ensure bicycles and scooters are roadworthy. - Support the bike assembly team. - Optimize repair processes for higher efficiency and quality standards. - Plan and implement projects independently. - Ensure safety standards in the Workshop. **Your Profile** - You are a sports enthusiast and service-oriented. - Technically skilled and interested in technology. - Have a high level of responsibility and quality awareness. - Challenges are an incentive for you. - Act independently, solution-oriented, and flexible to work in shifts and weekends.,
