Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in our tool manufacturing and assembly workshop. The role involves supervising production, managing the workshop team, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise workshop production activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate and manage the workshop team, including technicians and operators.
• Monitor quality of components and assemblies in line with company standards.
• Maintain production schedules, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Implement and enforce workshop HSE and safety practices.
• Identify production bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain documentation related to workshop operations, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate with design, QC, and project teams for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in workshop supervision, preferably in oil & gas or fabrication.
• Knowledge of mechanical fabrication, assembly, and quality control.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with HSE standards and workshop safety practices.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
