Post: - Workshop Supervisor.
Qualification: - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: - 1 to 2 years as Workshop Supervisor
Salary: - 12K to 15K per month
Responsibilities: -
1) The floor Supervisor manages the technical team on the floor in the workshop. He will be the responsible for workshop floor upkeep and training and management of technical team.
2) Ensure the sourcing of all parts, spares and consumables required to complete the work.
3) Offer technical inputs to technicians, whenever required.
4) Manage the quality of work done on Multiple bags simultaneously.
5) Assist the part manager in inventory management.
6) Lead, coach and mentor all the technician, ensure training needs are adequately met with the work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.44 - ₹15,000.66 per month
