Workshop Service Manager

About the profile: The WSM (Workshop Manager) at Cars24 is responsible for conducting thorough car inspections to assess vehicle condition and ensure quality standards before resale. Who are we looking for? - Experience: Prior experience working with four-wheeler cars is mandatory; experience in a four-wheeler car dealership is a plus. - Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of car repair, maintenance, and body shop work. - Hands-on Expertise: Ability to perform car inspections, including PDI and resolving complex car issues. - Spare Parts Knowledge: Ability to identify and address car issues effectively using your understanding of spare parts. What will you drive? Bring your technical knowledge and hands-on expertise to evaluate and maintain multi-brand cars. Conduct car inspections, including Pre- Delivery Inspections (PDI), ensuring all vehicles meet quality standards. Oversee vendor workshops, manage relationships, and ensure high-quality services.
