You should have at least 3-4 years of experience working in a Car/Truck Dealership as a Service Technician. Your role will involve hands-on experience in servicing, diagnosing, and testing various customer complaints. You should be able to fix concerns using proper standard operating procedures such as following workshop manuals and technical bulletins. Additionally, experience in roles like technical supervisor, service advisor, or floor supervisor is preferred. You must be proficient in reading publications, understanding them, and applying them for claims assessing. Your responsibilities will include assessing claims globally for the assigned commodity, ensuring 100% capacity utilization, maintaining claim mix proportionate to intake, and achieving a quality level of 98%. It will also be your responsibility to identify concerns during assessments, collaborate with Leads for improvement, standardize assessing steps/rules/practices, and recommend commodity-based trainings. To qualify for this position, you should have a BE in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering along with a Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.,
