Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints professionally and promptly. Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Automobile, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering . Strong knowledge of EV components such as battery packs, controllers, and electric drivetrains. Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and service management software . Effective leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills. Preferred Skills: Prior experience with Ather Energy or other electric two-wheeler brands. Familiarity with Athers Connect App, vehicle telematics, and OTA updates . Proficiency in CRM/Service management tools like DMS, AutoFacets, etc. Ability to train and build high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
