Job Title - Workplace Service + Workplace Service Dev Senior Analyst+ ICF Management Level :10 Senior Analyst Location:Bangalore Must have skills: ISO 45001 (or equivalent) Internal Auditor experience Good to have skills:Knowledge of the structure, implementation, and further development of ISO 45001management systems Job Summary : Support Global Health & Safety programs using ISO framework. Drive compliance to global standards in accordance with local laws & regulations, and other requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: Work with global team to define, implement and facilitate the process for assessing occupational health management system and execute OSH programs as relevant to all required standards or guidelines. Identify opportunities for program and standards improvements, and work with local Workplace teams to develop and implement solutions and outcomes. Maintain a good collaboration between all market or geographic units in acquiring and sharing metrics, best practices and monitor challenges for global team's support. Review, evaluate, and analyze work environments and programs & procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury caused by (but not limited to) chemical, physical, and biological agents or ergonomic factors. Manage Floor Warden Program which involves database management and coordination with various countries for specific program updates. Maintains an efficient accident (and/or illnesses) record system and coordinates actions taken to reduce if not eliminate recurrence. Provide assistance to audit organizations in the conduct of safety and health inspection, accident investigation or any other related programs. Updates contact information of key personnel of both internal and external team resources. Develop and manage vendor relationships as needed. Generate reports, provide data-driven insights and recommendation for process improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: Problem solving and root cause analysis Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a virtual and global environment Project management and task prioritization skills Knowledge of the structure, implementation, and further development of ISO 45001management systems ISO 45001 (or equivalent) Internal Auditor experience Written and verbal communication skills Stakeholder management and relationship building, particularly across virtual, cross cultural and all levels.
