Role Overview: As a ServiceNow Developer / Senior Developer specializing in the Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) module, your primary responsibility will be to configure and develop features on the ServiceNow platform to improve the workplace service management experience. Your role will require close collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements, customize workflows, and ensure seamless functionality within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and develop features within the WSD module on the ServiceNow platform. - Build, customize, and enhance workflows for workplace service management. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions aligned with business needs. - Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices for development and configuration. - Provide support and optimization for existing WSD functionalities. Qualifications: - Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development. - Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in the WSD module. - Have a good understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, workflows, and scripting. - Exposure to integrations with external systems would be advantageous. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and agile environment.
