As a Financial Services & HR Services - BSA Senior, you will collaborate with business partners in one or more business units to align technology solutions with business strategies. Your role will involve demonstrating an in-depth understanding of a specific business area within the business clients unit to effectively identify and communicate how IT solutions can strategically assist and support the business. You will be responsible for supporting complex business processes, which may require designing or integrating technical solutions across various functions of the business. Additionally, you may serve as a project team member or team lead, coordinating the collection, analysis, and documentation of future business requirements. To excel in this role, you should have knowledge and experience in working with ServiceNow custom applications, including testing. Additionally, experience with ServiceNow HR Lifecycle Events, HR Case Management, Employee Relations, Virtual Agent for HRSD, Legal Services Delivery, Employee Center Pro, and Financial Services such as Disputes, Wires, and Workplace Reservations is required. You should also be familiar with Critical Events Management, Visitor Management, integration testing against best practice standards, ServiceNow test management, and automated testing.
