The IT Workplace L2 engineer oversees cyber ops, which includes ensuring that all Nexthink KPIs related to workstations are compliant with Group objectives. Amongst others, Patching Windows 10 & 11 machines following internal patching schedule and procedures. BitLocker compliance follow-up: identify unencrypted PCs, contact users, guide them through activation, and verify encryption status and cipher mode. The IT Workplace L2 engineer is also in charge of level 2 activities based on tasks assigned by the SAB Infra team, Support software installations through SCCM or via manual/local sources where applicable. GPO maintenance, harmonization and clean-up Deliver Level 2 IT support based on defined procedures Provide network share access to users following a predefined process. Document activities in the ITSM tool (ServiceNow). Escalate complex issues to L3 teams as needed. Role & responsibilities Experience with Windows 10/11 patching and basic system administration. Familiarity with BitLocker and Windows security settings. Working knowledge of SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager). Good understanding of network drives and permissions. Role & responsibilities SCCM: SCCM administration experience SCCM platform management: - Manage SCCM local servers, content replication, optimization - Monitor SCCM components - Monitoring and troubleshoot client issue - Create and manage SCCM reports - Troubleshoot all issues related to SCCM platform Participate in root cause analysis and related documentation and communication Assist helpdesk and local it support Keep up-to-date documentation.

We are seeking an IT Workplace L2 engineer responsible for maintaining and supporting our workstations fleet for SAB and its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will handle system patching, BitLocker activation follow-ups, GPO installation and provide IT services following defined procedures. He/she participates in the proper functioning of SAB Workstations by guaranteeing the cyber compliance, packages deployment and maintenance of the various workstations with a view to quality, productivity and security.
