As an Expert Production Performance in the Centre of Excellence under Chief Production E&P, you will play a crucial role in various aspects of the Exploration & Production value chain, encompassing both Conventional and Non-conventional areas such as Oil/Gas (Offshore/Onshore) and CBM. Your key responsibilities will involve providing production engineering support to Deepwater, CBM, and other oil-gas fields as needed. You will be tasked with evaluating production technology suitable for new fields, collaborating effectively with subsurface and D&C teams, and establishing production models for wells/fields to ensure safe startup and steady-state operations. Your role will also entail reviewing well details/completion designs, analyzing requirements for chemical injection downhole and at the surface, conducting well flow simulations using software like Prosper, and making recommendations for production optimization based on existing facilities and pipeline networks. You will be responsible for developing and implementing safe and cost-effective operational processes, creating Standard Operating Procedures for well/pipeline network operations, and overseeing field-wise production planning and monitoring in alignment with the Annual Operating Plan. Furthermore, you will be involved in upgrading production data management systems, establishing a collaborative framework for different Business Units, identifying applications for production analytics, and conducting simulation studies using Production analytics software. You will also lead the automation of the Production planning process and provide support to the Crisis Management Team during drills and emergencies. Your role will require technical expertise in areas such as Well operation, Workover, Network modeling, and completion practices. You should possess strong skills in production planning, performance benchmarking, and mentoring/training production engineers and operators. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in the Upstream industry, specifically in Oil & Gas Operations, along with a B.E/B.Tech degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Petroleum discipline.
