Role - SaaS Implementation and Engagement About the job: - Partner with multiple Human Resources groups and individual team members across functions to understand their requirements and make recommendations for system solutions. - Provide global technical support for the end-to-end Workline technology portfolio. - Perform configuration and testing tasks to satisfy requests for fixes, changes, enhancements and compliance. - Assist in supporting day-to-day operational needs. - Support data integrations between Workline and other systems. - Create test plans, training materials and system documentation. - Facilitate end-user training sessions, knowledge transfer, and user adoption of the system. - Communicate system changes and issues to relevant stakeholders. - Support the implementation of future solutions and additional special projects as assigned. - Support data integrity by performing regular audits and maintaining the data in the systems. - High business ethics and personal integrity (handling of confidential information) - Desire and ability to continue to learn and work on new technologies - Must have exceptional time management and prioritisation skills - Ability to work on multiple parallel projects using organisational and time management techniques to successfully complete tasks in a timely manner. Qualifications - Any Graduate - 0-3 years of work experience - Understanding of HR Processes and ERP would be an added advantage - Experience in HR Administration or Generalist role would be a strong asset - Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision - Ability to prioritise high volume of projects www.workline.hr Show more Show less
