Role Overview

As a Working Partner, you will play a leading role in managing the academy, converting leads into sales, overseeing operations, and driving profit in both the training and client service verticals. This is not a job – it’s a long-term growth and ownership opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-manage day-to-day operations of the academy
• Convert leads into training admissions and marketing clients
• Lead the sales and marketing team with focus on growth
• Maintain the quality and performance of the academy’s infrastructure
• Develop new training and internship models
• Build strategic partnerships to grow the client base
• Monitor finances, profit-sharing, and business expansion plans

Who We’re Looking For

• Passionate individuals with a background in sales, marketing, or business operations
• Must be willing to work on-site in Kochi and manage operations full-time
• Prior experience in digital marketing or managing a team is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership drive
• Someone who can invest ₹5 Lakhs (structured as ₹50K per month for 10 months)
