Your tasks will involve developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflows, Service Portal, ESC, Workspaces, NowAssist, and managing user access through ACLs and roles. In addition, you will be required to perform regular system maintenance, health checks, and performance tuning to ensure the platform operates efficiently. Your expertise in ServiceNow support will be crucial as you diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and provide solutions to users. Collaboration with users and IT teams will be essential to troubleshoot integration challenges and guide users on the functionalities of the platform. You will also play a key role in planning and executing ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and hotfixes, including testing new functionalities. Gathering requirements and developing custom applications and modules when necessary will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, managing imports/exports, and creating reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to monitor platform usage and identify areas for improvement.
