Backed by renowned global investors, Circles is now looking for a systems-savvy and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join the FP&A team. Reporting to the Senior Manager FP&A within the CFO Office, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for owning the FP&A systems, reporting automation, and data integrity. This role is ideal for an FP&A professional with strong systems and process expertise. Key Responsibilities: - Own and enhance the FP&A platform and reporting infrastructure, ensuring system integrity, automation, and optimization. - Drive reporting consistency, version control, and single-source-of-truth data across FP&A outputs. - Partner with the Senior Manager to build and maintain scalable and automated forecasting, variance and reporting workflows. - Ensure accuracy and consistency of integrations, data flow, data mapping, definitions, allocations, models, templates, and dashboards. - Support group-wide budgeting and forecasting cycles by consolidating BU inputs, maintaining the master forecast model, and ensuring accuracy of accruals, allocations, and templates. - Stay current on FP&A technology trends, propose enhancements, and optimize the team's analytical toolkit. Job Requirements: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field. - Bring 4+ years of FP&A, financial systems, or reporting infrastructure experience. - Strong hands-on expertise with implementing and improving Financial Planning and Management Reporting processes. - Demonstrate strong understanding of FP&A systems and integration with ERP/HRMS platforms. - Exhibit excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Possess advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling and template-building skills.
