Responsibilities Team Collaboration: Foster collaboration among IT, business units, and external partners to ensure smooth integration and user adoption Provide mentorship and training to team members on domain knowledge, configuration standards, and advanced technology solutions Monitor service management progress, and ensure alignment with quality standards Functional Expertise: Strong to very strong understanding of commercial enablement business process and platforms and applications Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations Knowledge of industry best practices in medical devices manufacturing, sales, and distribution Excellent technology knowledge in Oracle NetSuite enterprise applications Experience with various testing methodologies including functional, non-functional, and performance testing Collaborate cross-functionally with enterprise, infrastructure, architecture, and cross-functional leaders to achieve results Develop and maintain configuration standards and help in establishing and/or improving KPIs to measure the run & operations effectiveness Continuously evaluate testing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices Documents and manages SOPs for software and information platform systems Qualifications Bachelors Degree with equivalent experience Minimum 8 years of IT and 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle NetSuite enterprise ecosystem with extensive knowledge in commercial enablement applications Proven record of managing and maintaining NetSuite customizations using JavaScript API and SuiteCloud platforms ( Suite Script , Suite Talk, and Suite Flow ) Extensive experience in translating business requirements into technical design Good understanding and experience of Web technologies and knowledge on database, with hands-on experience in My SQL Good working knowledge about JavaScript /HTML/CSS Experience with RESTful API maintenance and integration Very strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns Experience in design, development, and deployment in cloud environment (AWS or GCP) Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Strong stakeholder and people management skills Expertise in change management and user adoption strategies Timing – 6:00am to 3:00pm IST (9:30am to 7:00pm JST) . As a ServiceNow Developer, your primary responsibilities will include assisting in designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements. You will be responsible for implementing and configuring ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and CMDB. Your role will involve developing custom workflows, UI policies, Catalog forms, business rules, and scripts to automate and enhance platform functionality. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to deliver improvements to ITSM practices that support multiple applications and Lines of Business. Designing and developing ServiceNow Tables, Fields, Forms, and Access Controls will also be part of your responsibilities. You will automate business processes with the ServiceNow platform using Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine, and provide support and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow applications by collaborating with end-users to resolve problems efficiently. Staying updated on ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends, and assisting in creating documentation and training materials for end-users will also be essential. Furthermore, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of ServiceNow processes and workflows. To be successful in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's Degree or have equivalent work experience and possess a minimum of 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience. The ideal candidate will showcase their scripting capabilities in common languages used by ServiceNow, such as JavaScript, HTML, Angular, etc. Experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, or other ITSM applications is required. Proficiency in creating Catalog Forms, Business Rules, ACLs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Scripts, Scheduled Jobs, etc., is also necessary. You should have experience in creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production, as well as expertise in Flow Designer and Workflow Engine. Familiarity with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs, along with a fundamental understanding of ServiceNow Modules and networking concepts including TCP/IP ports, firewalls, network protocols, and IP networks, will be beneficial. Role & responsibilities System analyst - 5+ experience . This role is focused specifically on system analysis in the context of integrations and high-load fintech platforms. While there is some overlap with business analysis, the day-to-day responsibilities are much more technical and system-focused. Key responsibilities include: Analyzing and documenting integration flows between internal systems and third-party platforms (e.g., LMS, CBS, KYC, credit bureaus, payment gateways) Designing and validating API specifications REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, callback flows, retry logic Defining system-level workflows (e.g., process triggers, fallback mechanisms, queue-based design suggestions) Preparing functional and system requirement documents (FRD, SRS) in collaboration with architects and developers Working closely with tech leads and architects to translate system needs into implementable technical solutions – e.g., deciding whether to use BPMN, RPA, or Kafka-based queues Supporting SIT/UAT by providing technical clarification, mapping expected vs actual integration behaviour Ensuring consistency and completeness across layers – backend, workflow engine, external integrations, and frontend You're right that the business analyst might define the goal ("a message should not be dropped"), but the system analyst defines how this should be ensured within existing system constraints, working hand-in-hand with architects on technical implementation planning.
