The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications and experience: - Education level required is Graduate. - Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Internal IT. - Good communication skills are mandatory. - Exposure to working with supporting international users is optional. - Experience in vendor management. - Experience in Asset inventory management. - Exposure to setup and troubleshooting of different vendor hardware like HP, Dell, Lenovo. - Installation and troubleshooting of different versions of Windows OS; experience with MacOS is optional. - Exposure to end user issues troubleshooting with Office Apps, VPN, QuickBooks, etc. - Worked with and have a good understanding of at least one of the industry-leading antivirus solutions. - Awareness of information security. - Performing and monitoring backups of critical devices. - Understanding of ISP setups for corporate network. - Basic understanding of physical networking, handling switches, and firewalls. - Participation in preventive maintenance activities. - Open to work in a 24x7 environment.,
