Perform Workday configuration for business process changes, pay group updates, accrual policies, and time entry validations. Collaborate with Payroll, HR, and IT teams to ensure accurate data flow and payroll processing. Troubleshoot and resolve system and data issues in a timely manner. Conduct regular audits and validations to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance. Support Payroll Administration , including managing retroactive adjustments, garnishments, and off-cycle payments. Assist in testing new Workday releases and implementing relevant features or updates. Document configuration changes, testing procedures, and issue resolutions. Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance HR systems and improve process efficiency.
