You will be responsible for managing end-to-end a single project with a total contract value of up to 500K, using time and effort or deliverable-based models. Your main objective will be to deliver the agreed scope within the specified timeline and cost, ensuring the success and satisfaction of the project as per the acceptance criteria. You will need to identify key stakeholders and establish positive business relationships among them, both internally and externally. Maintaining regular communication with the customer and addressing their needs empathetically will be crucial in enhancing customer satisfaction. Your tasks will include defining activities, responsibilities, critical milestones, resources, skills, interfaces, and budget for the project. You should optimize costs and time utilization, minimize waste, and deliver projects on time and within budget while ensuring high-quality results as per the contract and agreed scope. Anticipating and managing risks by applying suitable risk management strategies, developing contingency plans, and implementing the governance model defined for similar projects will be part of your responsibilities. Tracking and reporting project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyzing project health, and effectively implementing software delivery methodologies to improve project KPIs are also essential tasks. You will provide individual and team mentoring to ensure high levels of team engagement and develop capabilities within the team. Adopting and building software engineering best practices that can be leveraged by other teams will also be expected. Measuring the outcomes of your work will include factors such as sprint velocity/team productivity, planned schedule versus actual, planned effort versus actual, retention, requirement stability, effectiveness of scope change management, product quality, risk management index, adoption of reusable components and artifacts, customer satisfaction, and team satisfaction. Your outputs are expected to include scope management, estimation and resource planning, project/schedule management, risk/issue management, stakeholder management, test and defect management, software development process tools & techniques, governance, domain/industry knowledge, technology concepts, profitability management, pricing models, knowledge management (KM), account management processes and tools, solution structuring, self-development and organizational initiatives, and team development. Your skills should encompass impact and influence, project planning, communication, task delegation, team management, quantitative project health assessment, and change management. Your knowledge should cover technologies to be implemented within the project, project management methodologies, estimation techniques, metrics analysis, root cause analysis, people management, quality and governance models alignment with standards. You will be working with technologies such as Workday Project Manager, Workday HCM, and Workday SME.,
