Workday -QA

We are seeking a Workday QA Tester with a focus on Integration Testing . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Workday and is familiar with automation and manual testing. Experience in TOSCA is a plus, as the candidate will be expected to work in TOSCA and work toward certification. Knowledge of Workday modules and the healthcare domain will be an added advantage. This role will also include mentoring junior team members and collaborating with global teams to ensure the successful delivery of Workday solutions. Key Responsibilities: Integration Testing: Validate existing Workday integrations and enhancements. Automation Testing: Use Selenium for automating test cases. Manual Testing: Perform Regression and Smoke Testing methodologies. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA teams, and Product Owners to ensure smooth delivery of solutions. Global Liaison: Coordinate with global business, support, and development teams to ensure requirements are met. Mentoring: Mentor junior team members and help resolve technical issues. Continuous Improvement: Suggest process improvements for delivering Workday solutions efficiently. Technology Skills for QA: Workday Integration Testing (Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence, Performance Management, and Recruiting). Selenium for test automation. Manual Testing: Experience in Regression and Smoke Testing methodologies. JIRA: Familiarity with bug tracking and issue resolution. TOSCA: Hands-on knowledge is a must, with an expectation to work towards certification. Performance Testing and Web Service Testing (Nice to have). Qualifications: Experience in Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence, Performance Management, and Recruiting modules. Nice to have: Experience in Performance Testing and Web Service Testing . Must have: Hands-on knowledge of TOSCA . Management Skills: Positive attitude and quick learner.
