Workday Payroll Configuration Consultant

Role Overview: You will be responsible for working with ServiceNow HR Suite, Scripting, Agile/SAFe/Kanban/Scrum, SAP integration, SQL, Python, Azure, Java, and Web technologies. Your role will involve utilizing soft skills such as strong communication, analytical & problem-solving abilities, customer focus, adaptability, initiative, and planning & organization. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize ServiceNow HR Suite and other mentioned technologies effectively - Implement scripting for low code/automation purposes - Work in Agile/SAFe/Kanban/Scrum environments - Integrate SAP with various systems - Utilize SQL, Python, Azure, Java, and Web technologies as required - Demonstrate strong communication, analytical & problem-solving skills - Maintain a customer-focused approach in all tasks - Display adaptability and take initiative where necessary - Plan and organize your work efficiently Qualifications Required: - No mandatory certifications, but Workday certifications are preferred - Proficiency in ServiceNow HR Suite and related technologies - Experience with scripting for low code/automation - Familiarity with Agile/SAFe/Kanban/Scrum methodologies - Knowledge of SAP integration, SQL, Python, Azure, Java, and Web technologies Please Note: This role requires you to work 3 days per week from the office in Bangalore or Hyderabad.
