Job Description: You will be responsible for optimizing SQL queries, Application Engine, and SQR scripts to ensure efficient data migration. Additionally, you will be mapping PeopleSoft data fields to Workday equivalents and resolving any inconsistencies that arise. Your role will also involve implementing ETL tools and validating data accuracy post-migration. Collaboration with functional teams and Workday consultants will be essential for a smooth transition. It is important for you to maintain documentation for data conversion processes and procedures. A quick learner with strong XSLT, XML, and Java script knowledge and excellent communication skills will thrive in this role.,
