Workday Integration Consultants

You are a highly skilled and experienced Workday Integration lead developer with over 8 years of expertise. Your main responsibility will involve designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems. You will play a crucial role in supporting our Next Generation HR Technology Roadmap and upcoming Workday program. Your key requirements include a strong proficiency in Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, Workday EIB, Workday Cloud Connect, and Workday Web Services. You should possess a deep understanding of Workday's integration capabilities, along with strong technical skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in delivering seamless integration solutions. Experience with middleware and integration platforms like Google APIGEE, Fusion, WebMethods, or similar tools is considered advantageous. A solid grasp of web services, APIs, XML, XSLT, and other integration technologies is essential. You must exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues. Managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment should be well within your capabilities. Previous experience working on enterprise programs or solutions will be beneficial. While not mandatory, familiarity with access control principles, authentication mechanisms, and data protection will be an added advantage. Holding a Workday Integration certification will be preferred for this role.,
