The IT HR Workday Extend Consultant is the IT expert responsible for building and supporting Workday Extend applications and is an integral part of the DevOps team. Your primary tasks will involve understanding the broader scope of Workday Extend, staying updated on market trends, and being prepared to address questions and requests effectively. Your responsibilities include managing advanced presentation components, data, and orchestration services within Workday Extend. You will oversee the operations related to Workday Extend applications, ensuring seamless support through case and issue management. Collaborating with IT HR SMEs and HR GPOs, you will seek solutions for developing new Workday Extend applications. As a Workday Extend Consultant, you will be accountable for constructing Workday Extend applications in the customer extend development tenant and providing support for testing, verification, and release in the customer tenant environment. It is essential to possess a working knowledge of core Workday concepts such as navigation, organizations, business processes, and reporting. Qualifications: - Education: University bachelor's or master's degree - Skills: Proficiency in Workday Extend, Report Writer, App Architecture, Data modeling, JSON, XML, JavaScript - Experience: Minimum 5 years in Software Programming utilizing JSON, XML, and JavaScript, with 2-4 years specifically as a Workday Extend Consultant You will be an essential team member of the DevOps team, requiring a keen eye for detail, a solution-oriented mindset, and a balance between technical expertise and business acumen. Proficiency in English is crucial for effective communication within the team and with stakeholders. For the Worday Integration Studio role, the ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Workday integration best practices. Responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing integrations between Workday and other systems, providing support to clients and users, troubleshooting integration issues, and staying abreast of the latest integration practices. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field - 2-4 years of experience in Workday integration - Strong grasp of Workday APIs - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with Workday Studio and Workday Integration Cloud - Experience in designing and developing Workday Studio integrations - Proficiency in Web Services, XML, XSLT, and debugging integration issues - Strong analytical skills and communication abilities - Experience with configuring integration security policies and web service APIs integration Your role will be crucial in ensuring the success of Workday integration projects and supporting clients effectively.,
