Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Workday HCM Developer with 5 years of experience, located in Indore. The Workday HCM Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Workday HCM solutions. Daily tasks include developing custom reports, creating and managing integrations, and troubleshooting system issues. Additionally, the developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Workday HCM, including configuration, integration, and reporting
• Experience with Workday Studio, Workday EIB, and other Workday tools
• Strong understanding of HR processes and practices
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with other HCM software and HR technology is a plus
