Job Description

The role of a Workday Finance Integration Consultant (certified) requires a professional with at least 5 years of experience in Workday Finance and Workday Integration. The consultant must hold active Workday Financials and Integration certifications, with UST offering support to maintain and expand these certifications. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in configuring and supporting Workday Financials integrations, including API work. Additionally, they should have participated in at least 2 full-cycle Workday Financials implementations or major support projects in a technical/integration role. The consultant should possess over 3 years of experience working with key Workday Financial modules and end-to-end finance processes, which includes expertise in Foundational Data Model (FDM), Supplier and Customer Accounts, as well as Projects and Revenue Management. As a Workday Financials Integrations Lead Consultant at UST, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients during Workday deployments and ensuring long-term success. Your responsibilities will include interpreting and refining business or end-user requirements, translating them into technical specifications, configuring and enhancing Workday Financials integrations, and providing ongoing support for production clients. You will collaborate with project managers and functional consultants to configure integrations in alignment with Workday methodologies, manage multiple priorities across geographies, and oversee the work of junior integration developers to ensure quality.
