As a Performance & Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting technology systems" performance and reliability to ensure they meet service level targets. Your responsibilities will include creating and deploying continuous performance and capacity models using monitoring tools, processes, and techniques. You will work closely with Technology and Enterprise Architects to select and design run-time and DevOps technologies. Your key tasks will involve developing and documenting detailed test plans, including creating test cases and execution strategies. You will monitor and track testing tasks and progress for project teams and vendors, providing regular metrics and status updates to the project manager. Facilitating test planning workshops, test readiness reviews, and test results reviews will also be part of your responsibilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the testing process. Your role will require you to identify areas for improvement in testing processes, recommend enhancements, and ensure resolution and retesting of failed tests with vendors and test participants. Additionally, you will create test plans tailored to different countries, considering local requirements and compliance. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices in the Workday environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Proficiency in creating and managing test documentation and reporting is required, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 4-7 years of experience in testing, preferably with a focus on Workday projects. Relevant certifications such as Workday Certification would be a plus.,
