Skills Required 1- Analyst Level- Workday Reporting (Advanced + Matrix + Calculated fields) + Excel (Intermediate level) 2- Sr Analyst Level- Workday Reporting (Advanced + Matrix + Calculated fields) + Operations Management + People Management. 3- Assistant Manager & Manager Level - Workday Reporting (Advanced + Matrix + Calculated fields) + Workday Dashboards; Discovery Boards; PRISM; Worksheets + Stakeholder Management + Operations Management + People Management Experience of experience and salary: Analyst- 8LPA- 11LPA , 2+ years of relevant experience and total experience should be 3+ years Sr Analyst (Team Lead)- 10LPA- 16 LPA , 3+ years of relevant experience and total experience should be 4+ years Ops Specialist (Assistant Manager)- 15 LPA - 22LPA, 4+ years of relevant experience and total experience should be 5+ years Associate Manager - 20LPA- 30LPA, 7+ years of relevant experience and total experience should be 8+ years Notice Period - Immediate - 60 Days max.
