As a Principal Consultant at Genpact, your responsibilities will include requirements analysis, business process analysis, and collaboration with functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other system experts. You will be expected to provide effort estimations for technical enhancements, design, develop, and deploy integrations and reports, as well as prepare technical design documents. Moreover, you will be responsible for analyzing and fixing integration production issues, performing impact analysis of existing integrations, and overseeing failures, errors, and warnings of scheduled integrations. Your role will also involve identifying and implementing continuous improvements to existing integrations to enhance business process efficiency and ensuring adherence to defined integration/development standards and best practices. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise in integrating Workday with other enterprise systems and troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Workday. The qualifications we seek in you include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, along with expertise in Workday Advanced, Matrix, and BIRT Reports. Preferred qualifications/skills include experience with HCM integration development and/or maintenance in a global environment, Security configuration, Workday Data Model, web services, SOAP, WDSL, XML, XSLT, XPATH, Core Connector, Cloud Connector, EIB, Report Designer, Workday Studio, PICOF/PECI, BIRT, Data Conversions loads, development of Custom Reports & Calculated Fields, as well as experience in support and implementation projects. This is a full-time position based in India, specifically in Pune. The educational requirement for this role is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
