As a Senior Compensation Manager at this company, your role involves leading and managing Advanced Compensation and Compensation implementations and projects. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless design, build, and launch process. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to identify and solve complex business problems is crucial. Your effective communication skills will be essential in managing design, build, and launch strategies. Additionally, you will work on building and maintaining effective employee experiences in collaboration with People Operations. Partnering to configure Workday enhancements or fixes for Compensation/Advanced Compensation is also part of your responsibilities. Documenting and solidifying business requirements in partnership with People Operations teams is a key aspect of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage Advanced Compensation and Compensation implementations and projects - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and solve complex business problems - Manage design, build, and launch strategies effectively - Build and maintain effective employee experiences in collaboration with People Operations - Partner to configure Workday enhancements or fixes for Compensation/Advanced Compensation - Document and solidify business requirements in partnership with People Operations teams Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in implementing and maintaining Workday Advanced Compensation/Compensation Module - Strong functional knowledge of Workday processes - Excellent communication, collaboration, and team skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively - Completed Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation Certification Monks is a global, purely digital, unitary operating brand of S4Capital plc.
