Workday, Advanced Compensation

The responsibilities of this role include leading and managing Advanced Compensation and Compensation implementations and projects to ensure a seamless design, build, and launch process. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and solve complex business problems, as well as effectively communicate and manage design, build, and launch strategies. Additionally, you will work on building and maintaining effective employee experiences in collaboration with People Operations and partner to configure Workday enhancements or fixes for Compensation/Advanced Compensation. It is important to document and solidify business requirements in partnership with People Operations teams. To be successful in this role, you should have 5+ years of experience in implementing and maintaining Workday Advanced Compensation/Compensation Module. Strong functional knowledge of Workday processes is essential, along with excellent communication, collaboration, and team skills. The ability to work independently and prioritize effectively is also required. It is mandatory to have completed Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation Certification for this position.
