Skills And Qualification
- 3 to 5 years of experience as Workday Advanced compensation Consultant.
- Configure core components of Advanced Compensation, including merit cycles, bonus plans, stock programs, and compensation review statements.
- Set up and maintain Workday security roles, custom reports, and dashboards to support compensation processes.
- Active Workday certification is desired.
- Collaborate with the Client's Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.
- Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client's business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client's expected business result.
- Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap for Workday optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of Web Services and solution design approaches around them.
- Ability to absorb new technologies and features quickly.
- Good oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Adaptable communicator, facilitator, influencer, and problem solver.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectively.
