Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and maintain Workato recipes, connectors, and automation workflows. Perform integration testing using tools like POSTMAN and ensure data accuracy and reliability. Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to business operations. Document integration processes, configurations, and support procedures. Work in a rotational shift model to provide 24/7 support for integration-related issues. Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards during integration development
