As a Procurement Professional at Siemens, you will play a crucial role in improving the way we live and work by intelligently connecting energy systems, buildings, and industries. To excel in this role, you should have 1-2 years of Buyer related experience in Procurement and hold a degree in electrical. Your responsibilities will include demonstrating good knowledge of SAP in the MM module, understanding import and other tax-related information required for both import and local purchase orders. Your excellent communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking will be essential for effective collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders. In addition, you will be expected to have a good understanding of computer-related work, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of lean line and workstations on the shop floor will be beneficial, along with multitasking skills and problem-solving ability. Your professionalism and strong work ethic will contribute to the overall success of the procurement function at Siemens.
