As a US IT Recruiter based in HITECH City, Hyderabad, Telangana, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting top talent across various Technology skills. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, you will be responsible for effectively utilizing job boards and other resources to identify qualified candidates for contract and contract-to-hire opportunities. Your responsibilities will include understanding client needs and responding promptly by recruiting efficiently. You will collaborate closely with the Account Management and Business Development teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Additionally, you will post job requirements online to expand the candidate pool and prepare consultants for client interviews. To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong work ethic, a results-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow within the industry. Your ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and your creative thinking and negotiation skills will be essential. A high level of professionalism is required, along with familiarity with employment laws and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. In this role, you will interact daily with clients, management, internal employees, potential candidates, consultants, and outside vendors. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office or related applications. You must also demonstrate competencies in problem-solving, prioritization, and multitasking.
