Role Overview: As an Audit Senior at Sentient Solutions, you will be part of the External Audit Department, working closely with clients to provide high-quality audit services tailored to their specific needs. Your role will involve identifying risks of material misstatements in financial statements, designing procedures to mitigate these risks, and evaluating clients" business and operational risks. Additionally, you will collaborate with a diverse group of talented audit professionals to deliver exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities: - Execute and review audit procedures based on discussions with clients - Effectively distribute work to staff, review their work, and ensure high quality and appropriateness of testing - Provide written and verbal on-the-job feedback to team members regularly - Prioritize and manage work for each client effectively - Communicate status updates to clients to keep them informed of progress - Utilize specific audit tools to deliver audit work - Stay updated on current market trends in the Employee Benefit Plan industry - Manage scheduled audit engagements with clients - Monitor and report engagement budget to actual and inform engagement manager of possible overruns - Conduct Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) Audits, handle teams of 2 to 5 members, coach team members on EBP concepts, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills Qualifications: - B.Com/ M.Com/ MBA (Finance)/ CA/ CMA/CPA with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience Additional Company Details: Sentient Solutions is a rapidly growing accounting outsourcing firm that offers fully customized solutions to CPA Firms using AI, process automation, and scalable services.
