The role focuses on conducting statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and compliance reviews. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Conduct statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits as per regulatory requirements. • Review financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards. • Perform risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement. • Assist in tax planning, GST audits, and compliance reviews. • Liaise with clients to understand their business and provide financial insights. • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management. • Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. QUALIFICATION • Chartered Accountant/ CMA • Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance. • Proficiency in financial modelling and PowerPoint presentations will be preferred • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
