Job Description

Job Role: Wordpress Web Developer

Location: Kolkata, Onsite

Experience: 5+years

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress and WooCommerce websites.
Customize themes, templates, and plugins to meet business and client requirements.
Build and manage Shopify stores, including setup, configuration, and theme customization.
Integrate and manage third-party APIs, payment gateways, and shipping modules.
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
Troubleshoot technical issues, perform site migrations, and ensure overall site security.
Collaborate with designers, content teams, and backend developers for project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of
WordPress CMS
,
WooCommerce
, and
Shopify
platforms.
Proficiency in
PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
.
Experience in
custom theme and plugin development
.
Familiarity with
REST APIs, JSON, AJAX

cross-browser compatibility

Understanding of
responsive design

UI/UX
, and
SEO-friendly coding
.
Good knowledge of

backup protocols
